RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • All items must be returned in their original condition with the box and an outer box for protection purposes. Clothing must be unworn and with the original tags attached.
  • Any returns sent back without a protective outer box may be refused and sent back to you if damaged.
  • If your return is not accepted you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.
  • You have 14 days from the date your order was received to return the item back to us. You will be responsible for return postage costs and providing your refund follows our refund policy, you will receive a full refund excluding the initial delivery fee.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process.

HOW TO RETUN A PRODUCT WITHIN 14 DAYS

Please ensure you follow the above criteria. Please return your parcel via a trustworthy courier service to: Hype23, Unit D2 Eldon Gardens, Newcastle, NE1 7RA

Please include the following information inside the parcel: order number, full name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

The steps above are necessary to ensure your return will be associated with your account. Once we have received your returned parcel and checked that the products are in good order, and providing that the criteria has been followed, we will issue an exchange or refund.

Please allow some time for your refund to reach your account. We do not offer collection services. Return postage costs are at the customers expense unless items arrived faulty or damaged, in which case please contact our sales team to help rectify your issues.
